IMPORTANT: Each paper (FULL or POSTER) must have at least one author who registers as REGULAR and attends the conference IN PERSON to present the work. Otherwise, your paper will not appear in the proceedings or in the ACM Digital Library.

Advance Registration Before Midnight June 1, 2018

• Regular: $475 (CAD)
• Student: $225 (CAD)

Late/On-Site Registration from June 2 Onwards

• Regular: $550 (CAD)
• Student: $300 (CAD)

CAD = Canadian Dollars.

All registration types include technical sessions, lunches, breakfast, breaks and the conference banquet. Additional banquet tickets are available for $125.

Visa Letters for Entering Canada

US citizens require only a valid passport to enter Canada. UK, EU, Australian, Korean, and Japanese citizens typically do not require a visa to enter Canada: only a valid passport is required and an electronic travel authorization for which you can apply online at a cost of $7 (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/visit-canada/eta.html). If you are planning to attend HEART 2018 and you are from a country that requires a visa to visit Canada, the conference organizers will provide an invitation letter. You should send the following information to the HEART 2018 General Chair: janders@eecg.toronto.edu

Your full name and citizenship (your name should exactly match that in your passport)

• Paper number and Title, if presenter/author

• A confirmation that you have registered for the conference
